- Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26. NSN 2530-00-933-4941 - ROD, ALIGNING, VEHICULAR. Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) Source Controlled Drawing 8728126. Quantity being procured is 1962 each being shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. FOB destination. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities on quantities up to 3924 each. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP after the issue date 08/28/07. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 120 days. Item has a Contractor First Article Test (FAT) requirement. A written quotation is required to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA.
