- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. You may also access information on the NSWC Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to award Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA) for the procurement of non-commercial military quality cables and harnesses. The solicitation will indicate that experience in manufacturing in military grade cables is a requirement and offerors will be required to demonstrate extensive experience in this area. Requirements will be competed at the job order level. The total dollar value of orders to be placed against these BOAs is $15M over a five year period (including options). NOTE: This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Numbered Note 01 applies.
