- THIS SUPERCEDES PREVIOUS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Jacob Lake Campground Rehabilitation Project, Kaibab National Forest: the project consists of obliteration/pulverization of existing roads, construction of new roads, spurs and parking areas, cement treated AB surfacing of all roads, parking spurs and parking areas, installation of up to four double vault masonry CXT violet buildings (furnished by the government), concrete sidewalk, installation of new sewer distribution system, installation of new water distribution system, installation of new electrical distribution system, construction of tent pads and use pads, installation of campsite amenities and obliteration and removal of eight existing vault toilet holdings and up to two flush toilet buildings and specified campsite amenities. Project has two additive bid items. Contract time 210 calendar days. This solicitation will be available on or about June 7, 2007. Project is located 3.5 hours from Flagstaff, AZ. Head north on US-89 ALT. Take US-89 ALT to Jacob Lake, AZ. The site is located adjacent to Jacob Lake, AZ. Driving time from Fredonia, AZ is approximately 45 minutes. Take US-89 ALT southeast to Jacob Lake, AZ. The site is located adjacent to Jacob Lake, AZ. A prebid showing will be scheduled. Refer to solicitation for time, date and location of prebid tour.
