- This amendment is issued to answer questions submitted 27 July 2007. 1. Questions and answers. Question 1: From conversation with representative of Teamsters Union Local 166, the Health and Welfare benefits are $860.00 per month per employee. However, this amount is not contained in the collective Bargaining Agreement. Answer: The current Collective Bargaining Agreement is in effect and will be used unless revised by the Union. Question 2: Solicitation requirement that the offeror shall limit their unit and extended prices to two (2) decimal places (example: $158.03). For the CLINS where the unit price is based on square footage, two (2) decimal places can cause a significant ro unding difference between extended amount and calculated price from which the unit price is based. Answer: Due to rounding issues in our system, it was decided to require the prices submitted by any offeror to round either up or down to two (2) decimal places. Therefore, prices shall be submitted in accordance with solicitation. Question 3: Will the Government provide the contract value for the current performance period under contract. Answer: Previous contract Base and four (1-year) options amount: $3,052,506.00. Interim contract (8 months) amount: $498,811.00 2. The date for receipt of proposals remains the same as specified in Amendment 0001, dated 24 July 2007.
