- Synopsis is for Programmed Depot Maintenance Process Improvement Program (PDMPIP) to support Engineering and Technical Services for resolution of technical or supportability deficiencies revealed in PDM and functional test applicable to the C130 aircraft. A sole source solicitation is contemplated to Aging Aircraft Consulting Inc (AACI) (cage code 3FWF4). This requirement consists of a Basic period for 12 months and 2 options for a period of 12 months each. Contract type is to be determined. The estimated solicitation issue date will be 20 Aug 07 with a response of 10 Sept 07 or sooner. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Justification: supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
