- This Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) is to inform all, the 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a contract for a sole source to Infinity Technology, Inc., Huntsville, AL. to provide Hardware and Software and replacements parts for the Unclassified and Classified Document Conversion Systems at the Air Force Historical Research Agency (AFHRA), Maxwell AFB, AL. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 230411), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 811212. The period of performance is 01 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008. The maintenance vendor must ensure that the Document Conversion Systems application software continues to be operational 98% of the available time. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there is any business that can provide an equal service that meets the requested maintenance of the following items, should/shall respond to this notice before 4: 00 PM (Central Daylight Savings Time) on 10 Aug 2007. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract for Infinity Technology, Inc. will be pursued. The point of contact (POC) for this notice is Deborah Holt.
