- The VA Montana Healthcare System (VA MTHCS) Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with CCM, Inc., 7 Mills Lane, Hardin, MT 59034 under the authority of Public Law 109-461, which allows the Department of Veterans affairs to sole source contracts to veteran owned small businesses if the anticipated contract value is less than $5,000,000.
