- The VA Montana Healthcare System (VA MTHCS) Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with James H. Huth Contracting, 4050 Remmington Drive, East Helena, MT 59635 under the authority of Public Law 109-461, which allows the Department of Veterans affairs to sole source contracts to veteran owned small businesses if the anticipated contract value is less than $5,000,000. The estimated project range is $100,000 to $250,000. The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and services to completely reconfigure an intersection and expand a parking lot. Work includes general site prep, tree removal, concrete curbs, asphalt paving, parking lot striping, relocating an electric sign, and modifications to the existing irrigation system. The work site is located at the VA Montana Healthcare System (VA MTHCS) Medical Center, 1892 Williams Street, Fort Harrison, MT 59636.
