- In accordance with FAR 6.302-3, the VAMC Washington, DC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Abbott Lab/Diagnostics Division a cost per test for reagents used in association with HDV-RNA Quantification testing. This is a notice of intent and is not for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation of a request for offers. No solicitation package available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 08/14/07 @ 2:00PM, EST.
