The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) anticipates awarding a sole source one year contract to: Alpha Trust Corporation, 8409 Pickwick Lane, #252, Dallas, Texas 75225-5323 for the following requirements: " E-Signature solution legally and law binding according to federal, state, and judicial laws " E-Signature hardware/software " E-signature licenses " Yearly Maintenance " Integration with VIP " Encryption / Secure off-site location " Forms should be searchable by business name All interested qualified parties should submit a technical and cost proposal no later than 10:00 EST, August 6, 2007 to Beverly Roberts, Department of Veterans Affairs, 810 Vermont Avenue, N.
