- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration(DEA) intends to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Static Specialist Company, Inc. The proposed purchase is for two hundred sixty-three (263) each of the following: 1).18x24 sheilding open metal (100/pk); 2). 22x24 sheilding open metal (100/pk); 3). 32x32 shielding open metal (100/pk). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Static Specialist Company, Inc. in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13.5. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 326111. No solicitation is available. Closing date is August 17, 2007. See Note 22.
