- Contractor will establish an office that will coordinate and develop the effort to create a model national pool code to include the establishment of an infrastructure for the systematic collection, synthesis, and repository of local and regional pool codes across the US that can be accessed by stakeholders. CDC has determined that only the New York State Department of Health can provide this requirement. However, CDC will consider any other responsible source responding to this announcement.
