- This Request for Quote (RFQ) is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) intends to purchase 10 each of the SI-211316 Inclinometer with a 1G bias. See attachments for the specifications. All quotes shall be Firm-Fixed Price and include costs for shipping or show as FOB Destination. In addition, please list an estimated delivery time. Items may be priced through GSA Federal Supply Schedules, through open market and/or the combination of both. All quotes can be submitted via 1) email to amanda.carey@noaa.gov 2) U.S. Postal Mail or 3) Fax at 228-688-3153. In addition, they MUST include the solicitation number and must be addressed to Amanda Carey. Any quotes offering equals to our listed items must provide information to allow the Government to make that determination. See Numbered Notes #1.
