- Description
- This project consists of the removal and replacement of a roof on the Tuskegee Ranger District Office, Tuskegee, Alabama. The contractor is responsible for providing the complete demolition of existing roof shingles, and all deteriorated roof components as required by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The contractor shall provide all labor materials and equipment necessary to install a complete dark brown standing seam metal roof system. The contractor shall remove and store existing gutters and downspouts prior to demolition, and shall reinstall after roof system installation in accordance with the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation and any resultant contract. This solicitation and any resultant contract is a total small business set-aside; firm-fixed price. The performance period is 30 calendar days. NAICS code is 238160 with a size standard of $13.0 million. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. A handbook and other information are available at the site, including information on how to obtain a DUNS number at 1-866 705-5711, which is required to begin the registration process.
