- Description
- The Keenwild Helibase Facility Site Work and Demolition project for the San Bernardino National Forest is located in San Bernardino County, California. The project consists of providing all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, facilities, and transportation necessary to perform the demolition of the existing helibase operations building and the construction of a new operations building. The project also requires the construction of a water line, onsite sewer system, propane tank, electrical, and other amenities and ancillary items associated with this project. The work site is located From San Bernardino, proceed east on Interstate 10 to Beaumont Avenue Hwy. 79. Proceed south to Hwy 74. Proceed east on Highway 74 to Highway 243. Proceed North on Highway 243 approximately 0.5 miles to Keenwild Station. The project site is approximately 0.5 miles above the Keenwild station. Ref. The Thomas Guide, Pg. 844, C4-D4, 1998 Edition. The recommended contract time is 285 calendar days. This solicitation is currently projected for a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Interested 8 (A), HUB Zone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns interested in submitting offers for this solicitation should contact Diana Arthur at 626 574-5220 for consideration of further set-aside actions under one of these three socially-economic programs. Contact must be made prior to the expiration of this 15 day synopsis. The solicitation will provide the final set-aside determination.
