- Based on the information provided 7/31/2007 on FBO, the following corrections/clarifications are offered: Question 9: color of ducts DOES NOT have to be the same color as the ECU. Question 13: CLIN 0005 states 400HZ/208V/15KW as a minimum. This is a 3 phase not to be confused with a 60HZ, single phase. Rationale for this size is that the government requests one ECU versus multiple ECU's per shelter. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-AUG-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
