- Description
- The Tucson Area Indian Health Service contemplates awarding a firm fixed-price contract for mobile mammography screening services. The requirement is 100% set-aside small business for 1 base year, plus 4 one-year options. Anticipated start date is: 1-Nov-07. The contractor shall provide mobile mammography screening services at the following sites: Tucson, Sells (60 mi from Tucson), San Simon (120 mi from Tucson) & Santa Rosa (100 mi from Tucson). All 4 federal facilities are located in Arizona on the Tohono O'Odham Nation. Services are required once monthly in Sells, every other month in Tucson and quarterly in Santa Rosa and San Simon. Contractor shall also provide personnel, supplies, material, equipment, reports, breast cancer education, medical malpractice coverage, and licenses in accordance with Federal, State and industry standards.
