- The Bureau of the Public Debt intends to award on a sole-source basis, a simplified acquisition to The Arbinger Company, 563 West 500 South, Ste. 200, Woods Cross, Utah 84087, to obtain four hundred (400) copies of the following proprietary Arbinger training materials - The Choice Packet which includes: The Choice Handbook, Leadership and Self-Deception Book, 30 Days to Getting Out of the Box Book; and The Choice at Work Packet, which includes: The Choice at Work Handbook, The Anatomy of Peace Book, 30 Days to Better Co-Workers. The Choice and The Choice at Work materials are the sole property of The Arbinger Company. Their content is protected under federal and international copyright and other laws. Public Debt believes that these training materials have real potential for benefiting their employees, their organization, and their customers. The unique body of training materials Arbinger offers is the next step in Public Debt's pursuit and foundation of being and remaining a value-based organization with positive, productive relationships between employees and their leadership. NO SOLICITATION DOCMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than August 8, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. EST. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, a sole source award will be made to The Arbinger Company.
