- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. NUWCDIVNPT intends to purchase the following service: Demonstration of automated patent queries service. Required level of effort is 266 man-hours. The contractor shall provide a demonstration of a web-based automated query tool of Navy patents that is browser based, to identify and generate combinations of related patents that the Government may offer as a patent package for licensing or other purposes. Further details will be provided in RFQ #N66604-07-Q-4639, which will be released on or about 08/07/2007. NAICS code is 541511, size standard is $23M. This is 100% small business set-aside.
