The US Army is implementing the Aircraft Data Exploitation Capability (ADEC) program that includes Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) and condition based maintenance (CBM). The dashboards should be accessible via a web interface. Graphically displayed informati on will include flight operations, maintenance, risk mitigation, and training. Data sources will include, digital source collectors (DSC), the automated, organizational level supply, maintenance, property accountability, readiness unit status reporting fu nction ULLS-AE, the Centralized Aviation Flight Records System (CAFRS), Aviation Mission Planning System (AMPS). The PM Aviation Systems seeks information, comments, suggestions and literature/brochures from developers/providers of this type of COTS applications that would satisfy the above requirement.
