- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM FOR PADDY FLAT THINNING. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH THIS NOTICE. The solicitation is for tree thinning and associated slash treatment, on the Payette National Forest, McCall Ranger District of approximately 136.6 acres. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies and incidentals to perform all work necessary on the area specified. The general project area is approximately 12 miles SE of McCall, Idaho in Valley County. The project consists of ten blocks: Blocks 1-6 and 10 are located in T17N, R4E, Section 27 and Blocks 7-9 are located in T17N, R4E, Section 29. NAICS code: 115310. Size Standard: $6.5 million. Estimated start date is September 4, 2007 with completion by September 30, 2008. See numbered note #1.
