- The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition and Procurement Office intends to award a Sole Source contract to the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Washington D.C. The contract is for services for which the Government solicited only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Under this procurement, CSIS will assist the Commission on the National Guard and Reserves with the development and execution of the Commission's strategic plan. The performance period is 5 months and it will begin in August 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement was based upon the availability of service and proprietary information. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
