Description
THE U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN TUSCALOOSA, AL FOR 2,320 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQ. FT. OF SPACE PLUS 2,700 SQ.FT. OF FENCED WAREYARD AREA ? Representative FAX (770) 427-6939 5080 Old Mountain Trail Phone (770) 424-8536 Powder Springs, Ga. 30127 ? 4317 The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 2,668 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 2,320 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space plus 2,700 sq.ft. of wareyard area (fenced and gated) and 10 parking spaces for Government vehicles. Occupancy date will not be later than February 1, 2008; and, the GSA will consider an earlier date, if possible. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: North: US Highway 82 in Northport, AL; South: Bear Creek Road; East: Clements Road and West: Lurleen Wallace Blvd (Hwy 69). Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. Column spacing of at least 25 feet; No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking within 2 blocks of the offered space plus 10 assigned on site parking spaces in addition to the wareyard requirement New construction will not be considered. The Government will not consider sub-leasing space.
