- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-07-Q-0029 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 532412. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 7359. The small business size standard is 500 EMP. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for this order is DO-C9.The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is W085. This is for rental of heavy equipment for an upcoming range project. The equipment will be leased from September 02, 2007 to September 30, 2007. The end-user has requested that all equipment wheels will have 50% of tire tread wear or better, and all cabs must be enclosed. Items will be delivered to and operated on the Rifle Range aboard Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command Twenty-nine Palms, CA. The following intels the size and the quantity of what is needed: CLIN 0001- Qty: 3: Equivalent to CAT 966 Front End Loader enclosed cab, AC, W/4 and one bucket CLIN 0002- Qty: 1: Equivalent to CAT 330 Excavator w/ thumb and bullet proof glass, AC CLIN 0003- Qty: 2: 35-40 Ton Rock Dump w/AC CLIN 0004- Qty: 1: Delivery and Pickup Charge Place of contract delivery will be Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MCAGTFTC) Twentynine Palms, CA. *All bidders is required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow.
