Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.603, for a self propelled chip spreader. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is open to large and small business; the associated NAICS code is: 333120 and the small business standard is 750 employees. The product code is 3895. The government will award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract. This is a Best Value Procurement and will use a comparative evaluation of proposals based on price, past performance and technical qualifications. In order to download the solicitation, interested vendors must register at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. It is mandatory that all contractors register in the Centeral Registration database (www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORAC) https://orca.bpn.gov).
