Description

Project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary in accordance with the plans and specifications for construction of approximately 216 LF of curb/gutter and approximately 3,300 SF of sidewalk and Kiosk Plaza. The worksite is located at the Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge near Trempealeau, WI. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted with regards to business size and is NOT set-aside for small business concerns under the authority of Public Law 100-656, Total Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238110, Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors, with a size standard of $13.0 million dollars or less will be used to determine business status. The solicitation package will be available via electronic commerence at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://fedbizopps.gov on or about 08/14/07 with quotes due on 09/05/07.
