- Description
- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) has a requirement for expanded site characterization with remedial alternatives of an oil contamination plume at six former UST locations and three remote fill locations at the BIA, Eastern Navajo Agency, Crownpoint Community School. The project will involve, but not be limited to: studies; reviews of the studies of other contractors; field investigations, including field screening for heating oil contamination, sample collection of soils and ground water (if present); analytical testing of soils; summaries of data; development of remedial strategies. Contractor must have a certified analytical laboratory available to them. Offers will be evaluated on a best value basis and a Firm Fixed Price Environmental Engineering Contract will be awarded. This acquisition is Set Aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS Code is 541330. The Period of Performance will be 200 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. All responsive bids from responsible bidders will be considered. Interested firms are requested to submit a written request to obtain the solicitation package by fax, Fax No. (505) 863-8382. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. Faxed copies of the solicitation will not be accepted. Technical inquiries must be submitted in writing seven (7) days before the closing date. Offers are due at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Division of Acquisition, P.O. Box 1060, 301 West Hill, Room No. 346, Gallup, New Mexico 87301, by 4:30 pm (local time) close of business, August 22, 2007.
