- An Open and Full MARKET SURVEY is being conducted to determine if there are a reasonable number of business concerns to compete for this future project. If your business is interested in this project please respond to this survey appropriately. The Letterkenny Army Ordinanace Depot PA planning to construct an Army Reserve Center ARC new Full Design and new Construction. Primary Facilities include a 40335 SF Army Reserve training building Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) unheated storage building and organization parking. Buildings will be of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations concrete floor slabs structural steel frames masonry veneer walls standing seam metal roof HVAC system plumbing mechanical systems security systems and electrical systems supporting facilities include land clearing paving fencing general site improvements and extensions of utlilities to serve project. Physical security measures will be in corporated into design including maximum standoff distance from roads parking areas and vehicle unloading areas. Berms heavy landscaping bollards will be used to prevent access when standoff distance cannot be maintained. This project is planned for adve rtisement in fiscal year 2009. Contract duration 540 days. The NAICS code is 236220. The esitmated cost range is between 10 mil-13 mil. Project will be awarded as a full design build contract using the Best Value evalution process.
