- Solicitation Out O/A 14 Aug 2007. Solicitation Due O/A 13 Sep 2007 The proposed procurement is A TOTAL HUBZONE SET-ASIDE; NAICS 237110 with a small business size standard of not to exceed $31.0 million average annual receipts over the preceding three fiscal years. Solicit and Award one contract for construction of three s ections of pipeline with associated facilities, to interconnect three separate water systems, located in Clinton County, PA. The first Construction item (Base) will interconnect the Renovo Borough Water System with the Chapman Township Water Authoritys Sy stem with approximately 2900 Linear Feet of 6 PVC water line and Pump Station. The second construction item (option 1) will extend the Renovo Borough Water System to the North Bank of the West Branch of the Susquehanna River, with Approx. 380 Linear Feet of 6 PVC water line and a metering and valve pit. The third construction project (option 2) consists of replacing Approx. 215 Linear Feet of 6 PVC water line on the segment of the South Renovo Borough Water System leading up to the south bank of the West Branch of the Susquehanna River. (River Crossing Not Included in this Contract)The Construction duration of this project will be 180 days. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
