- - The project shall be performed within the Training Area Grafenwoehr. - Dismantle the existing medium-voltage and low-voltage installation devices in the old transformer station, Building # 327, consisting of: 1 each existing oil-filled transformer 400 kVA 1 each existing medium-voltage switch system consisting of 5 each medium-voltage cells 1 each existing low-voltage switch system, l x w x d = 4.0 m x 1.0 m x 0.3 m 1 each existing 60 V battery system Dismantle existing medium-voltage cables, low-voltage cables and EMCS cables and/or relocate to the new station. Dismantle all existing metal constructions. - Provide a new transformer building with cable vault and gable roof, roof slope 30 degrees. Dimensions of building: approx. size 8.90 m x 3.0 m, clear height 2.60 m Dimensions of cable vault of reinforced concrete, 0.90 m high - Install a medium-voltage switch system 24 kV consisting of: 2 each 24 kV switch-board sections (transformer section with load disconnector switch) 3 each 24 kV switch-board sections, circuit breaker 1 each 24 kV secured cable switch board section with load disconnector switch as reserve cell 2 each 20 kV oil-filled transformers 630 kVA - Install a low-voltage switch system consisting of: 2 each transformer circuit breakers 1000 A 1 each bus bar system 2000 A 17 each fuse-load-disconnector strips 400 A 9 each fuse-load disconnector strips 160 A 3 each electronical distance protection relays/earth fault directional relays - Install an electrical distribution, a lighting system as well as an electrical heating in the existing Station Building # 327. - Provide 2 access roads for the new transformer station. Asphalt the access roads leading to both front sides.
