- This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the qualification for repair and re-engineering of the Ashtech ZY-12 Dual Differential GPS Receiver Module. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. We are conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and repair of the Ashtech ZY-12 Dual Differential GPS Receiver Module, including the qualification and repair of the individual circuit cards (GPS Receiver RF Board, Low Power Channel Board, Sleeper Navigational (NAV) Board, and Crypto Board) in the module, or re-engineering and subsequent production and qualification of a form/fit/function replacement of the Ashtech ZY-12 Dual Differential GPS Receiver Module or the individual circuit cards in the module. Interested contractors should complete the attached CApability survey answering all the questions asked therein. Responses are due not later than 30 August 2007 as instructed in the capbility survey.
