- Description
- Engineering Services sole source to ITT (CAGE code 28527) based on FAR 6.302-1, only one source can satisfy the government's requirement. Period of Performance is approximately 18 months. Engineering Services for the ALQ-172 sustainment upgrade known as the Control and Display Unit (CDU) Operational Flight Program (OFP) Geolocation Update (COGU) program. At a top level, the COGU program can be broken down into two separate efforts; one is a normal OFP block cycle effort to correct the problem documented in OCR 061; and the second would be the updates to other Computer Software Configuration Items (CSCIs) that will need to be updated due to the OFP changes being driven by Operation Change Request (OCR) 061. Note 22. Order will be issued against a Basic Order Agreement.
