Repair Building Exterior, Facility 20620 WPAFB, OH. Estimated Cost of Proposed Acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-704 ?Required Central Contractor Registration,? Contractor must be registered in CCR prior to award. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.ccr2000.com/index.cfm, or 1-888-CCR-2423 Fax: 1-703-696-0213. This project is Full and Open Competition. A site visit will be scheduled and the date and time will be included in the solicitation. Scope of Work: Repair Building Exterior F20620, Project 041885. Project scope is to repair the exterior concrete panels and structural steel of the facility. The existing fa?ade is badly deteriorated to the point of spalling concrete, exposed and rusted rebar, and severe cracking and discoloration of concrete panels, lintels, and haunches. Restoration must be in compliance with base historical restoration guidelines. NOTES: 1. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. You may, however, download and print the file from the web site. 3. There is no fee for this solicitation. 4. A registration page will be attached to the web site. You are not required to register. However, when you register, you will receive notice of any amendments and/or addenda that may be issued to the solicitation. If you have not registered, it will be your responsibility to check the web site for any changes to the solicitation. 5. You shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 by the proposal closing date specified in the solicitation. There will not be a public bid opening.
