- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) 07-Q-0547 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-09. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 238990 and small business size standard is $13M. (v) The contractor shall provide the following service: The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, personnel; labor, supervision, and management to perform resurface gym and raquetball court floor services in the Haeffner Fitness & Sports Center, building 2505, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB), AZ in accordance with attached Perfomance Work Statement. Contractor is required to contact Carlos Acosta for copy of PWS. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer.
