- The VA anticipates award of a sole source commercial contract to Avilar for continuation of Services in Support of Competency Assessment/Gap Analysis Tool for the National Cemetery Administration's (NCA) Cemetery Director Intern Program. " Continued utilization of the Cemetery Director Competency Model and Assessment-Consulting Services " Competency Assessment/Gap Analysis Tool for the National Cemetery Administration's (NCA) Cemetery Director Intern Program This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 518210. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties who feel they are qualified may submit a quote to the Contract Specialist. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order will be based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation will be available on 7/30/07. The anticipated award date is August 9, 2007. The services must be available within 24 hours after contract award. See note 22.
