- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Health Revenue Center, Topeka, KS (VAHRC), located at 3401 SW 21st, Topeka, KS, 66604, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of PIPKINS Maxima Advantage Real Time Adherence software. Substitutions are not acceptable. The DVA HRC recently installed a multi million dollar telephony system upgrade through a synopsized and competed requirement. The new system operates using PIPKINS Vantage Point software and the selection of Maxima Advantage is designed to insure 100 % integration compatibility. The HRC is also requesting on-site installation as an add alternate, award for installation services shall be at the sole discretion of the Government. Please see solicitation for full details.
