- Department of Veterans Affairs; VA Boston Healthcare System, 150 South Huntington Ave, Boston, MA--Furnish all labor, material, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to perform infectious waste removal services once a week at the VA Boston Healthcare System at the Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury and Brockton campuses and once every other week a the VA Outpatient Clinics at 605 Lincoln St, Worcester; 251 Causeway St, Boston; and 130 Marshall Rd, Lowell. MA. All work must comply with Federal, State, local laws and ordinances. Contractor must be licensed by the State of Massachusetts or local authority in those localities where such licenses are required. The period of performance is a Base Year of 10/1/07 thru 9/30/08 with four option years for a total of five years. The NAIC code for the procurement is 562112 with a size standard of $11.5 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The issue date for the request for proposals is August 15, 2007 with a bid opening date of September 14, 2007.
