- It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM), Office of Acquisitions to transfer funds to the Black Caucus of the American Library Association, P.O. Box 174, New York, NY 10159-0174 in support of activities, including the 6th National Conference of American Librarians. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR 13.5 to use simplified procedures for commercial acquisitions. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 813920 and the business size standard is $23.0. NLM anticipates that award will be made on or about August 14, 2007.
