- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Award will be limited to Small Business concerns. The purpose of this procurement is to provide technical assistance to HRSA's Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) oral health program staff to maintain program quality and oversight. An intermediary link between MCHB oral health program staff and its partners is needed to monitor and track selected projects and partner relations in follow-up to recent meetings; this comprises consultation on implementation of products and/or recommendations of experts and workgroups convened through these meetings by conference calls, attendance at meetings and strategic planning with MCHB oral health program staff. The contractor shall: Serve as liaison for MCHB to national oral health partners, providing weekly consultation to identify progress with oral health program implementation activities; Provide input and follow-up on meetings pertinent to MCHB's oral health program; Assist in the development of an oral health strategy for anticipated oral health program activities with partner organizations; and Provide technical assistance to the Office of Head Start for phase-out of the Intra-Agency Agreement (IAA) with MCHB.
