Description

This is a Request for Quotes to Paint two barracks buildings. This was previously issued within the local area but posted here to enhance competition. The work includes: 1) removal of loose paint, 2) cleaning and preparation of exterior wood surfaces, 3) priming of specified surfaces in preparation for painting, 4) finish painting of exterior siding, trim, porches and previously painted wood surfaces. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located in Mad River California. From Eureka travel 22 miles south on Highway 101 to Highway 36. Travel approximately 50 miles east on Highway 36 to Mad River. The Mad River Compound is located one half mile east of the Mad River District Office. ESTIMATED START WORK DATE: Work is estimated to begin in late August 2007 CONTRACT TIME: 30 calendar days. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Less than $25,000. PAYMENT protection will only be required if award exceeds $30,000. A preproposal conference is not planned. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective contractors are requested to self-register below to receive email notification of any postings concerning this project, such as amendments. This is an Emerging Small Business set-aside under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration project.
