- Grizzly trail is located within the Black Elk Wilderness where no mechanized equipment is allowed. Install hand peeled treated log waterbars, remove existing metal culverts, and clean existing rolling dips. Furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary perform the Grizzly Trail Waterbar Installation identified in the specifications, wage rates, terms and conditions. PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A PRE-BID MEETING 17 AUG 2007 @ 0900 MT AT THE BLACK HILLS NATIONAL FOREST SUPERVISORS OFFICE, CUSTER. PLEASE REPLY NO LATER THAN 15 AUG 2007 @ 0800 MT TO TLWARD@FS.FED.US IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND
