- A Request for Proposals will be issued for Tent, Temper, Type 4, Green and Tent, Temper, Type 4, Tan and Tent, Temper Type VII, Green as follows: Type IV, Green NSN:8340-01-196-6272 min 50/max 500. Type IV, Tan NSN:8340-01-185-2628 min 50/max 650, Type VII, Green NSN:8340-01-185-2613 min 50/max 650. This solicitation will be Unrestricted. Destinations are Defense Depot Barstow, CA and Defense Depot New Cumberland, PA. Technical proposals will be required (l) Past Performance (2) Surge and Sustainment Capacity (3) Socioeconomic Considerations (4) DLA Mentoring Business Agreements Program and (5) Javits-Wagner-O?Day Act Entity Proposal. Submittal of First Article is required ninety (90) days after date of award.
