Approved sources (11332) General Microwave Corporation, P/N MP4300A, (96341) m/a com, Inc. P/N MPM359E and (97942) Northrop Grumman Systems P/N 585R214H08. CONTRACT MINIMUM BUY QUANTITY 10 each; VARIOUS INCREMENTS SOLICITED: From 10 to 24, 25 to 49, 50 to 99, 100 AND UP. GOVERNMENT REQUIRED DELIVERY SCHEDULE: To be delivered at the rate of 107 each every 210 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 50 each every 30 days thereafter.; SHIPMENTS: All shipments are to be made to CONUS stock locations.; GOVERNMENT INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination FOB: Destination; OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES: This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1).; Approved Sources are: M/A-Com Inc., General Microwave, Northrop Grumman The proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity type Contract which contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years.; While prices may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.; The following Government-wide Numbered Note(s) applies: 26 and 25; This Solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date of 2007 JUN20.
