- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number FA5004-07-T-0032 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18, 5 July 2007. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 423620, with the size standard not to exceed 100 employees.
