- Amendment 0001, Effective 07/26/2007: The purpose of this amendment is to add Sun Netra 240 Part Number N54XLB2C12GUBA which was inadvertently left out of the original announcement. This is a Manufacturer Sole Source announcement, small business set-aside. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared and no hard copy will be made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for 8 each ??? New Sun Netra 240 Server with the following required specifications: 2x 1.5GHz CPUs w/1mb cache, 2GB RAM, 2x 73.4GB, 10K rpm SCSI disk drives, XVR-600 graphics card (X3780A), 10x-speed DVD-ROM drive (X7410A-4), Antares/SBE Cool Audio PCI Plug-in card (P-0027), Vega style HD15 Female to DVI-A Male adapter (S4131.5300). Used or Refurbished equipment will not be considered. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 1 and 22 apply. All responses to this sole source announcement must be received by August 01, 2007 at 12:00pm Pacific Time (7 days). Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with DOD and can be obtained at www.ccr.gov. Quotations can be submitted via e-mail to phyllis.j.berg@navy.mil or faxed to 619-553-9068.
