- Notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Santa Barbara Infared, Inc; located in Santa Barbara, CA, for recalibration services for Third Echelon Test System (TETS) EOV V3, 36 units. This effort is OEM recalibration and maintenance support for the TETS Electro-Optic Modules consisting of three modules. Anticipated award date is 31 July 2007 or sooner. Delivery is January 2008. FOB destination to Seal Beach, CA. Justification and Authority is FAR 6.302-1.
