- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure 40 MP878651 test sets on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Vicor, Adover, MA. The equipment will be used to produce TS-4044B/D GCS (guidance control system) test sets for Warner Robbins USAF. The equipment will be direct replacements identified by the Air Force technical manual 33D9-54-67-31, WP998, Figure 4, Index 61. Purchase of different equipment will result in the need to change the drawing package and technical manual for the USAF and FMS countries. Any firms other than the above, should submit at a minimum their qualifications and any other information considered pertinent to this requirement to the contract specialist no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Test Sets without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
