The National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and woman-owned business enterprises. Procurement of one diesel powered hydraulic lift for tree work within the historic district of Manzanar National Historic Site, Solicitation Number Q8760070025. The National Park Service requires a firm fixed price contract for one diesel powered manlift vehicle. The following specifications are required: Electric start with 12 volt system 21' platform height (working height of 26') 330 lb load capacity (one worker) Independent wheel drive Hydraulic controlled tower lift Fully enclosed platform Complete control from woker platform or from base The NAICS code for this project is 333111 and the small business size standard is $13.0 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $15,000 and $25,000. This procurement is a Request for Proposal (RFQ) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
