- This notice serves as a synopsis for the upcoming solicitation number W9126G-07-R-0065, for the purchase of Consolidated Facility Support Services at Waco Lake, Whitney and Aquilla Lakes, and Navarro Mills Lake. THE ADDRESS OF THE LAKES ARE AS FOLLO WS: WHITNEY/AQUILLA LAKES, 285 CR 3602, CLIFTON, TX 76634, WACO LAKE, 3801 ZOO PARK DRIVE, WACO, TX 76708, AND NAVARRO MILLS LAKE, 1175 FM 667, PURDON, TX 76679. Deliverables are called out in the official CLINS that will be included in the forthcoming s olicitation. Contractor is to provide all terms and conditions, performance work statements, contract work force and equipment required to perform specified Consolidated Facility Support Services. Contractors work and responsibility shall include, but no t be limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection and management necessary to accomplish the required specified contract services. Contractor shall assure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer or his Representative. Those who are interested in viewing the site may schedule site visits with specified POCs called out in the CLINS of the solicitation. Appointments shall be made on a first come first serve basis. The proposed contract type is a firm-fixed price purchase order. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on BEST VALUE, with past performance being significantly more important than price . The Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be available on or about 26 July 2007 . The anticipated award date is no later than 30 September 2007. The solicitation is only available for download via the Federal Business Opportunities (fedbizopps.gov) website and at the Federal Technical Data Solutions website (www.fedteds.gov).
