- Electrical Installation at the Carlyle Lake, Carlyle, IL to include furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment to complete the project. Major items of construction include, but are not limited to, the installation of the following Government Furnished Equipment: eight new control enclosures, one new 7-section motor control, and four new pendant type push button stations; the furnishing and installation of four new rotary cam type limit switches, three new pushbutton stations for control of s luice valve, four new disconnect switches for sump, and all new raceway and wiring systems; and finally, all testing. Estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Thi s procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business pursuant to the authority under FAR 19.1007(b)(1). Solicitations will be available on line through the Fed Biz Ops website at http://www1.fbo.gov/spg/USA/USAED/postdatePrevDays_1.html on or about 10 Aug 2 007, with bid opening on or about 10 Sep 2007. The resulting award will be a firm fixed priced construction contract, based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal.
